CVCA co-hosted a seminar with NEEQ (National Equities Exchange and Quotations) on April 10 in Beijing. Several professionals from CVCA member companies including WarburgPincus Capital, TPG, IDG Capital, Legend Capital Goldstone, Tuspark Ventures, Shenzhen Fortune Venture Capital, Shenzhen Capital Group, DT Capital, Qiming Ventures, Goldstone Capital, CBC, and CMK Capital joined the seminar and communicated with NEEQ.

Xiaojia Yang, Chairman of NEEQ, together with some other senior executives, mainly discussed institutional investors’ participation to NEEQ with CVCA members. Xiaojia Yang encouraged institutional investors to participate more in NEEQ as NEEQ has a promising prospect with the large number of SMEs in China. Sing Wang, Partner of TPG, introduced CVCA and its Industry Policy Committee (IPC) as the IPC Chairman. He shared CVCA research team’s research outcomes and findings on NEEQ. Duane Kuang, Founding Managing Partner of Qiming Venture Partners, Zhuo Luo, Managing Director of TusPark Ventures, and some other attendees also talked about issues on investee companies, exit, valuation, listing mechanism, and etc.
